POINTE EXPERTISE
-

GROUTING & GROUND IMPROVEMENT
We specialise in pressure grouting, resin injection and other ground improvement methods that strengthen weak soils, seal groundwater ingress, and improve bearing capacity for critical infrastructure.
-

SLOPE STABILISATION
From steep embankments to active landslides, we deliver engineered stabilisation solutions using rock bolts, shotcrete, mesh, and anchored systems; built to last in harsh environments.
-

GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
We carry out detailed geotechnical investigations using specialised drilling and in-situ testing. From soil sampling to site classification, our insights guide safe, practical design and construction; especially in hard-to-access terrain.
OUR PROJECTS
-

BOOTAWA DAM
Instrumentation & Dam Safety Monitoring
Pointe was engaged to enhance dam safety instrumentation at Bootawa Dam near Taree, NSW. Our team executed sonic drilling, core sampling, and the precision installation of vibrating wire piezometers—providing critical real-time insights into embankment performance and long-term water asset monitoring.
-

CLAREVILLE BEACH
Slope Stabilisation
To protect public access and environmental integrity at Clareville Beach, Pointe delivered a full-scope slope stabilisation solution. Our works included precision drilling, installation of rock bolts, slope retention mesh, and the construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall designed for coastal resilience.
-

SNOWY 2.0
Geotechnical Investigation & Grouting Trials
Snowy 2.0 is a major pumped-hydro expansion of the existing Snowy Scheme. Pointe was engaged to support the expansion through strategic geotechnical investigation management. We scoped, planned, and oversaw grout injection trials critical to the project’s long-term stability and performance.
-

PORT MACQUARIE
Slope Stabilisation & Ground Remediation
Pointe was engaged to stabilise 19 active slip sites across Port Macquarie, NSW. Our team delivered large-scale slope remediation works, including extensive drilling, soil nailing, grouting, and meshing. These treatments restored slope stability and significantly reduced future geotechnical risk; safeguarding public infrastructure, roads, and nearby communities from recurring flood damage.
